Debian never been a fronline distro...
Not even Gentoo has KDE 3.4 marked as stable even if KDE has marked it as such.

Hi ironfist
If you want to be on the edge, you should go for unstable.
The Pegasos II is supported, and have been so in sarge for a very long time.
