| | | | Genesi managers Bill Buck and Raquel Velasco are sponsoring a contest in the small town of Oil City in Pennsylvania. They have donated several hundred dollars in prizes. Bill has family ties to Oil City with his grandparents and parents.

"Connect at the Library, with prizes in several age categories, requires contestants to use library facilities such as wireless Internet, microfilm and resource books to find the answers to a series of questions on local lure, history and a hodgepodge of general knowledge.

The idea for the contest was spawned by Rockmere summer residents Bill and Raquel Velasco Buck after utilizing the library's wireless Internet to manage business affairs during their stay."
