| | | | X.org 6.8.2 was released yesterday and is available in portage now (in the '~ppc' profile). It also includes a patch that should fix the problems with the DRI Radeon driver on big-endian machines. The new Radeon driver should prove to be significantly faster than the old one, making most (open source) 3D games fully playable on the Pegasos II equipped with a Radeon 9x00. To install X.org 6.8.2 on a stable profile system execute the following command: echo "x11-base/xorg-x11 ppc" >> /etc/portage/package.keywords

Hi!!
I've emerged it on my ODW, but Xorg -configure locks up. I have a Radeon 9200 connected to a TFT on the DVI port. pci prob gives unknown card - unknown chip from ATI Technologies on bus 1:8:0 and 1:8:1. Any suggestions?
