det är bra att sälja pegettor billigt.. ;)
Alltså ett Radeon 7000 (AGP?) kommer att fungera bra om man inte forcerar fram ljud buggen? |

1) A hardware issue with the ArticiaS northbridge used in the Pegasos1. It causes sound trash/distortion when using onboard sound or a SBLive card and a Radeon gfx card. The latest Radeon monitor file (available in MorphOS1.4.1 and later) has a workaround reducing this problem (but not removing it, even if it seems that most people don't notice it at all anymore). This issue doesn't exist with a Pegasos2. 2) A software bug in the Voyager web browser When arexx doesn't run, Voyager stops MorphOS multitasking. To workaround this bug, you can install a 68k rexxsyslib.library (MorphOS one is not complete yet) and run rexxmast (you can start it from the s:user-startup). Of course, this bug will be fixed for the next release. When these 2 issues are solved, you won't notice as much sound problems as you currently do. Another point that Martin will surely appreciate :) is the design of the current pegasos.audio driver. The next major MorphOS release will have an interrupt driven driver (like the SBLive driver already is) and that should also help a bit when playing sound under heavy CPU load. |
