What about the legal issues with including the firmware for wireless network cards? The ones you listed above are completely free if I remeber correctly: But if we take ACX1XX as an example is the firmware for those possible/legal to include?

But really nice with wireless support, even if no laptop Pegasos are currently available...

I don't think that is leagle. I am not including any firmware's for other cards I am just including opensource drivers

You could always ask the company if it's okey to include them, but I guess the answer would most likely be no.
