I already bought a Playstation 3, dispite the lack of games currently available. But it does run linux- fairly well too for that matter, it's no super linux computer, but it's way faster than I expected a 3.2Ghz PowerPC that lacks branch prediction etc would be, it's about the same speed as my 1.8Ghz G5 when it comes to linux, and it's fairly interesting to play around with the Cell BE (broadband engine) SDK

I haven't decided yet. For Linux-use the PS3 is the obvious one, but for games the Wii will own all of the other consoles together. People are sick of just sitting alone with FPS'es in the living room. They can play that on their computers. The living room is a place for games together with other people. The Wii will win here, big. And it's price is unbeatable. Brand new and still 1000 SEK cheaper than the one year old XBOX 360.

Voted for PS3 which I most likely will buy - someday. might be that PS5 is released already when it's time to renew my PS2 :-)

Well of course I will buy a Wii someday. But so far the game I want hasn't been released...but when the following games start coming... BWii Metal Slug Super Mario Galaxy Super Paper Mario Sonic I can go on for ever...
