| | | | ZDNet carries an article about two hackers claiming a zero-day flaw in Mozilla Firefox. This flaw was shown at the ToorCon Hacker Conference and it was triggered through a website with malicious JavaScript code. The code made it possible to take over the machine. Since it's JavaScript-based it is platform independent and is claimed to work on Windows, MacOS X and Linux.
The hackers claim to know of 30 unpatched flaws in Mozilla Firefox.
Update: This is all just a fake!
