          | Hi! @gunne: truereality unfortunately never reached the state to be called useable
As far i know ucon64 is some type of "rom converter" or s.th., no emulator.

http://mupen64.emulation64.com is probably the best opensource n64-emulator available.
Unfortunately it has some x86-assembly lines in code which maybe a good coder
 could port.
of course ppc in general (not only mos) would benefit from such a emulator...
 cheers

          | frostwork,
Yes, seems you are right concerning ucon64.

Have not used TrueReality myself. There seems to be a little newer version on Amidogs website: www.amidog.com

mupen64 looks like a good project. It uses SDL I can read.

Hmm, good programmers. Well there is bigfoot, CISC, itix, Piru and more people around. However, someone who actually is interested in it should perhaps be the best one. Maybe its something for you, frostwork ?

          | Haha! Though I'm busy like a crazy ant I have absolutely no skills in porting x86-assembly to ppc (I wished i could).
But anyway I'll try to get it running somehow.
Just contacted the guy who ported it to OS-X ppc and asked for the sources
(his cvs is down). Maybe this can help...
Some time ago I hacked around in the linux source & at least got a
corrupted picture when trying to start Mario-kart
Let's hope it'll work some day!
 cheers,
 frostwork
