This is not the same as "all the machines already is running"..
Sure, Munich and Barcelona have changed, but others are only "considering".
It's all about money. The supporting contracts and education for thousands of workers
will most likely cost more than just keep on running Windows with 57% discount.
The desktop market is a hard market, better take on the server market, methinks.
