It's not truly random because if you have a computer with the exact same hardware which is running under the same conditions (temperature, audio input etc) you could theoretically recreate the same sequence of numbers that you have on computer one and therefore potentially crack encryption relying on the fact that the random numbers generated by computer one are independent of the sequence generated on other computers.
