If You do write 'Amiga operating system' You do refer to something else then AmigaOS, as the name 'Amiga' in its meaning might stand for something different then AmigaOS.
So correct to write is, AmigaOS operating system, as you then refer to the proper name of what you have the aim to refer too. Likely it is correct to write, MorphOS operating system.
