Release notes:
- Changed default TCP buffer size back to 8192.
- Improved compatibility with Envoy, now MOSNet will not set the SANA-II device to the offline state together with the interface if it is also opened by someone else.
- Added some error reports in the syslog about unimplemented features.
- Added installer script.
Notes:
This is the first full stable release of MOSNet.
All components can be considered as stable except MOSNet-server. These binaries are not tested since noone asked for this. However attempting to use them is encouraged and any bug reports on them are appreciated.

Wow, this was a really cool release!!!
The first great thing I noticed was that in this release, you don't need to start dhclient "separate" from MOSNet, wich I had to do in earlier release!!!
