| | | | The Inquirer has an article about the Amiga PowerPC history, from Phase5/bPlan's early PowerPC plans to the latest EFIKA and Samantha boards. They describe the AmigaONE, Pegasos I/II and why Genesi's platform will probably never run AmigaOS 4.0 - an operating system with no hardware.
I don't want to spoil you all but I can say the article is well worth the read.

It wasn't much of happy reading for those who are hardcore AmigaInc, it's really good to leave those things behind and use the Peggy for good work. (uptime: 215 days, 13 hours, 23 minutes)

But things are as they are, Amiga Community is something that you can just laugh about, it's so split up that there aren't any community left. |
