|  |  |  | As Apple spent a good deal money to own PA Semi, people have begun to ask what will they do with PA Semi? Was it a way to remove possible competition or was it to have
secret surprises in next generation devices? Apple is quite about the buy out, so all we have to is to sit and wait and see what happens, but I'm sure we will know it long before we will see a new Amiga.
At the moment the PA Semi homepage is disabled due too many visitors... but you can always write your own opinion in the comment section.

|  |  |  | PA Semi has released their first PWRficient chip with an evaluation motherboard. The chip is called 1682M and is a dual-core chip consuming 25 Watts at 2 GHz. Currently Linux, QNX Neutrino and VxWorks are available for this board. The evaluation kit can be purchased for 8500 USD.
