was an "USB CUP WARMER" model LY-L32. The specifications say:
* 5V DC, 500mA
* USB Port Clear cable: 1.5M
* Dimensions: 115x115x25mm, Heating zone diameter: 75mm
* Heating area temperature: about 70 degrees Celsius
This "USB CUP WARMER" can also be used as a charger for
some of Nokia's mobile phones, and the models are: Nokia 3310,
8210, 8250.

The MIDI interface “Vivaldi” supports standard MIDI transfer through the game port (MPU401), either on-board or on a PCI card. It is suitable for all operating systems that support standard MIDI transfer over the game port and has been successfully tested with standard MIDI software under MorphOS/Pegasos, Linux and Windows. The “Vivaldi” MIDI interface provides the following connectors: 1 x MIDI IN, 1 x MIDI THRU, 3 x MIDI OUT (synchronised).

| | | | In responce to Steve Ballmer's challenge to the computer industry SolarPC announced its 100 USD computer - the SolarLite. Steve Ballmer wanted a 100 USD computer to reduce software piracy.
This computer however runs a flavour of Linux called Damn Small Linux and runs completely solid-state off a Compact Flash card.
The machine consumes approximately 10 Watts and runs on 12V DC. It can be connected to a solar panel, your car or a bicycle-based generator. The CPU is of course a low-powered VIA x86.

| | | | The list of the Top 500 Supercomputers has been released. As already reported IBM's Blue Gene/L kicked Japanese Earth Simulator from the throne. Its max Tflops was twice as much as the Japanese - 70.72.

This Blue Gene/L prototype consists of 32768 PPC 440 CPUs at 700 MHz.
